How we help
- Inventory and monitoring of agreed Azure resources.
- Infrastructure alerts, incident triage, and approved routine remediation.
- Spending review, cost anomalies, and optimization recommendations.
- Monitoring of configured Azure backup jobs and agreed recovery processes.
- Administration of agreed Azure policies and licensed security capabilities.
- Infrastructure networking and supported maintenance tasks within scope.
Recommendations that affect performance, security, availability, or commitments are reviewed through the agreed change process.
Connect public cloud with on-premises systems
Some organizations need Azure and on-premises technology to work together. We offer assessment, design, and implementation of those connections through Professional Services.
The project defines the systems involved, connectivity and identity requirements, security responsibilities, testing, and handover. Local networks and devices remain outside our current managed offering. The project defines handover and coordination with your onsite team or other providers.
Define the layer you want us to manage
Platform management can focus on infrastructure alone. In a fully managed relationship, we can also take care of the applications, databases, and dependencies running within your agreed Azure deployment. We identify the supported estate and assign responsibility across those layers during onboarding.
Getting started
We assess the environment, supported resource types, delegated access, licensing prerequisites, and service requirements before establishing the managed scope.
Security across your cloud environment
We implement agreed Azure and hosted-cloud safeguards around administrative access, identity, network exposure, resource configuration, and the supported workloads. Policies, secure configuration, secrets, patching responsibilities, and recovery controls are addressed at the layer we manage.
We configure logging and relevant security alerts, review supported findings and configuration changes, prioritize risks, and carry out approved remediation during agreed service hours. Backup-job monitoring and recovery checks are included where specified.
Cloud security is an ongoing operational responsibility. We identify required licenses and tools and use our NIST CSF 2.0-aligned approach to connect protection, monitoring, response, and improvement.
Choose your management relationship
Choose how much daily responsibility you want to retain. With self-directed services, you lead routine activity with guidance and AI-assisted support where available, escalating unresolved issues to a human by email or chat. With Fully Managed IT Services, our team performs the agreed daily work and provides human-led support during your contracted hours.
Security remains part of both approaches. Portal-based AI support is in development; available support channels and capabilities are confirmed in your agreement. Local devices, local networks, and after-hours support are outside our current managed offering.
