AI / Automation

Make AI useful to your business.

The starting point is the task you want to improve. zephyrcloud helps assess whether AI, a conventional integration, a clearer process, or a combination will provide the most useful result.

We focus on defined workflows that fit your information, tools, and decision-making responsibilities.

Opportunities to explore

  • Assistants that help answer questions using approved business information.
  • Inquiry capture, classification, and preparation of responses for review.
  • Business summaries and preparation of routine reports.
  • Content preparation and connected publishing approval workflows.
  • Routing requests and moving information between business systems.
  • Voice workflows that gather information or transfer callers appropriately.

These are potential engagements to assess, not promises that every platform or integration is already supported.

Start with a focused pilot

We define the task, data access, permitted actions, review points, and measures of success. A pilot should establish whether the workflow is accurate enough, useful to its users, and practical to operate before responsibility expands.

Keep authority and cost visible

We establish which actions require approval, when a person takes over, how usage is tracked, and how the workflow can be paused or recovered. Ongoing operation, model usage, connected services, and maintenance are defined in the engagement.

Security and human oversight throughout

We define approved data sources, tool permissions, secrets, permitted actions, and human approval points before an AI workflow is deployed. Access is limited to the task, and instructions embedded in retrieved content do not grant new authority.

Ongoing operation defines the logs and events to review, usage and failure monitoring, access changes, escalation, and how a workflow is paused or recovered. Sensitive requests and actions requiring judgment or authorization can move directly to a person.

Security responsibilities and technical evidence are part of our NIST CSF 2.0-aligned approach, with model and provider arrangements considered for the particular engagement.

Choose your management relationship

Choose how much daily responsibility you want to retain. With self-directed services, you lead routine activity with guidance and AI-assisted support where available, escalating unresolved issues to a human by email or chat. With Fully Managed IT Services, our team performs the agreed daily work and provides human-led support during your contracted hours.

Security remains part of both approaches. Portal-based AI support is in development; available support channels and capabilities are confirmed in your agreement. Local devices, local networks, and after-hours support are outside our current managed offering.

Security is part of how we do business.

Across every offering, we implement agreed safeguards, monitor supported security findings, and follow through on approved improvements. Our NIST CSF 2.0-aligned approach connects practical protection with clear responsibilities and compliance support.
